Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HI! JSB (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users when using the website and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by the Company.

User: Refers to members and non-members who receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. Member: Refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the services provided by the Company. Content: Refers to all information (articles, photos, videos, automation tools, etc.) provided by the Company on the Service.

The Company performs the following services for users: - Information provision and software usage services - Other services determined by the Company The Company may change the content of the Service due to technical specification changes or policy changes, and in such cases, will notify users in advance through announcements.

Users apply for use by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company. The Company may restrict approval for applications that fall under the following: - False information, omissions, or errors in registration - Applications made for the purpose of undermining social order or good morals - Using another person's identity

The Company collects only the minimum information necessary for service provision when collecting users' personal information. The Company establishes and complies with a Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information. For details, please refer to the separately posted Privacy Policy.

The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and does its best to provide continuous and stable services. The Company establishes a security system so that users can safely use the Service and designates a Privacy Officer for management.

Users shall not engage in the following acts: - Registering false information when applying or making changes - Using another person's information - Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Company - Transmitting or posting information other than that specified by the Company (such as computer programs) - Infringement of copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the Company and third parties - Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company. Users shall not use information for which intellectual property rights belong to the Company, obtained through using the Service, for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent.

The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision if it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters or similar force majeure. The Company is not responsible for service use failures caused by the user's own fault.

The Company establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to process compensation for damages. Lawsuits regarding disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters. This service is operated based in South Korea and is governed by Korean law.

These Terms of Service are effective from January 5, 2026.
